The up front investment is discounted. The monthly financing
option is full retail price. To put it in perspective for you, if you
flip just 1 house in the 12 months you’re in the program, you
will break even financially. Flip just 2 houses… and make twice
what you invest in coaching; double your investment. I accept
a max of 10 students in this level.
The second is my Silver Level Coaching
It’s unlimited email coaching, plus one weekly half hour phone
consultation. So, you won’t have my personal phone number.
I won’t be just a phone call away. You won’t have your 911
emergency hotline. But, once a week, we’ll get together on
the phone, and during those calls, I’ll coach you up so hopefully

To put it in perspective for you, flip just 1 house and you’ll, at
minimum, break even financially, but probably come out way
ahead. Flip just 1, or maybe even 2, houses and you double
what you invest in coaching.
Now, here is a little something special to think about. For a very
limited time… like this month only… I’m offering an incentive to
my JV partner. Why am I doing this? Because, in my
opinion, this is the most exciting time we’ve seen, since the
housing bust in 2005, to get into this business. We are in the
midst of a housing market shift… again. We are once again a
seller’s market, with double-digit appreciation in home value

With all coaching levels, there is net profit split according to the level
you choose on all of your
deals… up to a total profit of $100,000. Once you hit $100,000 in
total profit, the profit split is eliminated and you keep 100% of
your profit. An example is if you flipped a house and the total
profit is $10,000. You and I would split that $5k each on the bronze coaching level.
However, the entire $10,000 will count toward the overall target of $100,000.
It’s total profit… not split profit that counts toward the goal.
The profit split is what makes me a true partner. Without it,
I am just a consultant, who cares little about what you do with
the information. As a partner, I care about providing the coaching,
but I also care if you put action behind it and the results!
One more thing. You’ve noticed, no doubt, that I’ve used the
term “investment,” rather than cost or price. That’s because
coaching is an investment. Your phone bill is a cost. Coaching
is an investment because it provides a return… a huge return.

At the completion of the contracted program there will come your graduation! Heck yeaaah!
